Last year you may remember that our Sheffield team set out to raise £25,000 for The Children’s Hospital Charity ‘Building a Better Future’ appeal by completing a yearlong charity challenge. Together the team at Apex Consulting completed the National Three Peaks Challenge, a couple of skydives, a half marathon, and many more exciting events.
Nearly one year after the challenge, the team were delighted to find out that they had been nominated for the Corporate Partnership Award as part of The Children’s Hospital Charity Awards 2020 and even more delighted to find out that they won! We are so proud of all the effort the team put in to raising the money for the hospital last year and extremely grateful to The Children’s Hospital Charity for choosing us as their winner this year.
Managing Director Wayne Ballance said: “We are all so excited to have received this reward from the amazing team at the Children’s Hospital. The Sheffield team went above and beyond last year to make sure we met our target by taking part in some really challenging activities and taking themselves out of their comfort zone. Well done to all the team in the Sheffield office and a big thank you to the Children’s Hospital for recognising the team’s achievement.”
We’re looking forward to celebrating next year (fingers crossed!) at The Children’s Hospital Charity Awards and continue our longstanding support.
